This policy covers the caschw LLC information website. Each marketed app has a separate policy accessible from its product page.

A simple information site

This website has no analytics, advertising, tracking cookies, contact form, newsletter, or account system. It does not request external fonts or embed third-party media. We do not send app journal content to the website.

Hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes. GitHub operates that hosting service under its privacy statement. Hosting logs are separate from on-device app data. An app’s no-developer- collection design does not mean the website host receives no connection data.

Email support

Contact apps@caschw.com for website or app support. This mailbox is hosted by Outlook.com, a Microsoft service. We and Microsoft may receive the email address, message, device details, and attachments you choose to send so we can answer your request or investigate the problem. See the Microsoft privacy statement.

Do not send private journal entries or Health data. We retain support correspondence only while needed to resolve requests, with regular review and deletion of resolved correspondence. To request deletion of correspondence we hold, email apps@caschw.com. Copies held by Microsoft follow its own controls and retention policies; we do not promise deletion of provider-held copies on a specific deadline.
